Job description – Client Services Officer (Sustainability) (2 month contract)
In this Stakeholder Engagement Officer job, you will be joining the Innovation team that builds a portfolio of cutting-edge and best-in-class solutions that have the collective capacity to achieve core sustainable goals.
 
In this position, you will be a crucial first point of contact for a range of relevant stakeholders, ensuring quick and proactive responses to queries, managing client communication effectively, logging and updating CRM data, and preparing documentation. 
 
**Please note this role is a 2-month Fixed Term Contract starting in May 2025
 
Key responsibilities – Community Engagement Officer (Sustainability)
In this role, you responsibilities will include: 
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Managing shared inboxes, addressing inquiries, and providing timely assistance
  • Coordinating briefing calls and other communications with stakeholders
  • Drafting and sending communications to stakeholders, ensuring that all interactions are positive, professional, and conducive to fostering strong relationships
  • Developing and produce support materials and key documents to aid stakeholders
  • Delivering the stages of the onboarding process for new stakeholders
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Monitoring and tracking stakeholder engagement activities, providing regular updates and reports to the team
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed
  • Providing additional support to the team as required, ensuring smooth operations and effective stakeholder engagement
**Please note this role is a 2-month Fixed Term Contract starting in May 2025
 
Job requirements – Client Services Assistant (Sustainability)
  • Proactive and able to get involved from day one, demonstrating a positive and hands-on attitude
  • Previous experience in stakeholder engagement or customer service roles is beneficial, though not strictly required
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting clear and professional communications
  •   Passionate about the sustainability and environment sector
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and maintaining data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A motivated self-starter who can take the initiative, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and internal teams
  • You must be available for an immediate start with full right to work in the UK
