Job description - Communication Administrator
As a Communication Administrator, you'll support the end-to-end candidate journey throughout the graduate hiring campaign. From managing inboxes and scheduling interviews to providing in-person support at final assessments, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly for both candidates and assessors.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with excellent coordination skills and a passion for providing a high-quality service.
Key responsibilities - Communication Administrator
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidate queries via phone and email
- Manage the recruitment inbox and escalate issues as needed
- Oversee candidate applications, including deadline extensions and troubleshooting
- Process expense claims for candidates and offer holders
- Travel regularly to support final interviews across multiple UK locations
- Ensure interviews run smoothly by supporting candidates, assessors, and schedules
- Welcome, brief, and debrief candidates on interview days, confirming any adjustments
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide additional administrative support throughout the campaign
Job requirements - Communication Administrator
- Experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to candidates and team members
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Competent using Microsoft Excel and Teams, and able to learn new systems quickly
- Professional, reliable, and organised
- Comfortable working remotely and travelling regularly for work (travel and accommodation reimbursed)
