Job description- Client Success Executive
 
In this Sales Executive position in London, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join the talented sales team. In this role, you will work very closely with their guests and partners (predominantly luxury travel agents, concierge companies, and Film and TV studios & production companies) who often require assistance in finding the perfect home(s) for themselves or their clients without needing to sift through hundreds of homes on the website. You will assist them via LiveChat, email, and on the phone to generate sales for the business and build long-lasting relationships to encourage future sales. It is essential to the business and brand that the team is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
 
Key responsibilities - Client Success Executive
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Engage with potential customers to answer questions about different homes, amenities, locations, travel distances etc
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive booking experience.
  • Utilise sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as reservations and customer support, to ensure their partners have a world class customer service experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Job requirements- Client Success Executive
For this role, you will need:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and/or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Have a passion for travel!
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend work (one day every 4-6 weeks)
