Job description - Client Services Analyst
The position will work as part of the Client Services team, reporting directly to the Senior Client and Trade Manager, and be in close collaboration with department heads. This entry-level role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to develop their skills in operations and business management.
Key responsibilities - Customer Analyst
The Customer Analyst will assist the Senior Client and Trade Manager in delivering the following:
- Daily tracking of customer fulfilment KPIs, monitoring performance against delivery promises.
- Processing customer returns.
- Analysis of customer purchasing behaviours and trends and making key callouts.
- Weekly and monthly reporting and tracking against targets.
- Calculating monthly incentive payments for the Customer care team.
- Assisting the Customer care team with VIP emails and edits.
- Key link between Client services and the logistics team.
- Ad Hoc analysis and reporting.
- Ad hoc admin and operational tasks for the team.
Key requirements - Client Services Analyst
For this Customer Analyst role, ABASK are looking for:
- Recent Graduate with a relevant degree.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and operate at both a strategic and transactional level.
- Mature, disciplined, high degree of integrity and work ethics, self-motivated, independent.
- Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent numeracy skills and good retail outlook.
- Ability to analyse and present key Business information to departments and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new IT systems and processes.

- Salary: Competitive package dependent on experience.
- Monday to Thursday in London office, Friday work from home.
