The Client Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting the delivery of high-quality tutoring services. Key Responsibilities - Client Manager
In this Client Manager job, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and ongoing engagement
- Coordinate tutor placements, matching clients with the most suitable tutors
- Liaise with tutors and internal teams to support smooth delivery of services
- Monitor tutoring progress through reports, feedback, and regular follow-ups
- Support scheduling and ongoing communication between clients and tutors
- Maintain accurate client records, including account details and notes
- Handle queries or concerns professionally, following internal processes where required
- Promote and coordinate additional services, including assessments and mock interviews
- Re-engage previous clients through proactive outreach and communication
- Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks and operational activities
For this Client Manager job, the ideal candidate will have:
- A 2:1 or above from university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident and professional client-facing manner
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Previous experience in a client-facing, administrative, or coordination role is beneficial
