Job Overview - Client Account Executive As a Client Executive, you will help shape the UK's plant-based food and drink market. Your mission is to support the UK Sales Team in driving growth and positioning the business as a leading challenger brand in plant-based drinks and yogurts. Alongside this, you'll manage and develop our 'nurture' accounts such as smaller customers where the focus is on recruiting new shoppers and building brand loyalty.
Day-to-day, you'll take ownership of the full account management cycle, including demand planning and forecasting, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance team and category management and EPOS data analysis.
Job Requirements - Account Executive In this National Account Executive role in London, you role will include: Account Management: - Manage and nurture relationships with existing national retail accounts
- Review and analyse account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting in implementing corrective actions.
- Execution of annual plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase market share.
- Analyse category and EPOS data to derive insights for sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Feeding insights from your customers & shoppers back to the Leadership and Management teams to help inform commercial thinking.
Account Administrative Tasks: - Support National Account Managers to provide weekly EPOS updates, data support and monthly meetings
- Handle administrative duties, such as completing new line forms and promotion
- Supporting content creation of the monthly Sales Performance & Insights meeting
- Organising and scheduling meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required
- Assist in preparing and presenting regular sales and demand planning reports, highlighting performance against targets and KPIs to the Head of Grocery and Management Team
Demand Planning and Supply Chain Collaboration: - Work closely with the supply chain team to analyse and develop accurate demand forecasts and scenarios for plant-based drinks products, considering historical data, market trends, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels at retail partners' locations, minimising stockouts and excess inventory
- Assist in managing product availability and timely replenishment to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input for point-of-sale materials, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives
- Support finance in managing account budgets, monitoring spending, and achieving financial targets

- Experience working in FMCG, in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work well in a team.

- Results-driven, entrepreneurial, proactive mindset, and eagerness to take on responsibilities - 'treat it like it's your own' mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
