Job description - FMCG Sales Executive
We are looking for a confident, curious and ambitious Business Development Executive to join the sales team and help expand their retail footprint across London and beyond. Key responsibilities - Graduate Sales Executive
In this Business Development Executive role you will be:
- Securing new stockists in London's leading independent delis, farm shops, and butchers
- Developing genuine, long-term relationships with retailers to strengthen partnerships and boost sales
- Delivering eye-catching in-store activations and ensuring best-in-class execution of marketing materials
- Gathering insights from the field to help shape commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Acting as their brand ambassador, representing high-quality products with passion and professionalism
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to drive expansion into key UK food and drink destinations
- Prior experience in a client-facing sales role is necessary for this position. Experience in sales in the field, or in the FMCG / Food & Drink industries is highly advantageous.
- Confident, energetic and personable - you will build commercial relationships quickly and seamlessly.
- Comfortable working independently while also enjoying the energy of a supportive team.
- Organised, adaptable, and eager to take on responsibility from day one.
- Based in London with flexibility to travel to other UK cities when needed.
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence.
- Passionate about food and curious about the world of premium consumer brands.
- Great starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
