Job description - Business Development Executive
We are looking for a confident, curious and ambitious Business Development Executive to join the sales team and help expand their retail footprint across London and beyond. If you're passionate about food and hungry to make an impact in FMCG, this is your chance to grow with one of the UK's most exciting challenger brands.
 
Key responsibilities - Graduate Sales Executive
In this Business Development Executive role you will be:
  • Securing new stockists in London's leading independent delis, farm shops, and butchers
  • Developing genuine, long-term relationships with retailers to strengthen partnerships and boost sales
  • Delivering eye-catching in-store activations and ensuring best-in-class execution of marketing materials
  • Gathering insights from the field to help shape commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Acting as their brand ambassador, representing high-quality products with passion and professionalism
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to drive expansion into key UK food and drink destinations
 
Job requirements - Graduate Business Development Executive
Our ideal candidate is someone who is:
  • A natural people person with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Early in their commercial career (3-12 months' experience in sales, business development, or FMCG/food & drink roles)
  • Comfortable working independently while also enjoying the energy of a supportive team
  • Organised, adaptable, and eager to take on responsibility from day one
  • Based in London with flexibility to travel to other UK cities when needed
  • A confident driver with a full UK driving licence
  • Passionate about food and curious about the world of premium consumer brands
