Job description – Head of German Operations
In this German-speaking role in London, you will be responsible for further developing this company’s presence and client base across the DACH region.
 
This will involve developing and executing their growth strategies across these markets, building relationships with key stakeholders, gauging their suitability for the government schemes and incentive programmes this company work across, as well as guiding them through the application processes.
 
They are looking for a driven and motivated candidate who wants to take ownership of this side of their business operations and really put their stamp on it.

Key responsibilities - Business Development Executive (German-Speaking)
In this German-speaking role, you will be:

• Developing and implementing a sales strategy.
• Identifying potential target sectors and areas.
• Leading sales meetings with Directors, CFOs, and technical leads of German companies to present their services and assess eligibility for R&D relief.
• Building and managing relationships with their German accounting partner.
• Supporting applications/accountants through:
• Gathering necessary technical documentation.
• Assisting with R&D project descriptions.
• Technical discussions with clients.
• Assisting with company set up including:
• Website translation/ content creation for German audience.
• SEO strategy.
• Identifying potential office locations.

 
Job requirements - Head of German Operations
 
*Please note that this role requires you to be in the office full-time.*

• A 2:1 or above from University.
• 1-2 years+ client facing, consultancy, or sales experience.
• Business fluent in German – Both written and spoken.
• Competent with Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Competent with OpenAI/ChatGPT.
• Willing to work in the Marylebone Office full time.
• Excellent written skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities leveraging own initiative and proactive approach.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with high productivity and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Great communicator and motivated to learn.
