Job description - Business Analyst This Business Analyst role will see you work in one of the technical teams focused on system development and implementation, web solution development for customers, or insurance product implementations. You’ll design and implement top quality new software solutions and solve a range of challenging technical problems during the process.
Key responsibilities – Technical Business Analyst In this Business Analyst role, your tasks will include: - Planning and delivering high-quality projects, including managing teams and resources.
- Coaching and providing constructive feedback for junior colleagues.
- Working closely with senior customer contacts to develop their relationship.
- Gather client requirements and turn these into detailed, unambiguous and accurate specifications.
- Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach.
- Design and implement top-quality new software solutions.
Job requirements - Business Analyst - 2-3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager or relevant role.
- A STEM or technical degree graded 2:1 or above from a top-tier university.
- At least ABB at A-level, ideally in STEM subjects.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
