Job description – Business Analyst Graduate Scheme
In this Graduate Business Consultant role, you will join a rotational graduate scheme, where you’ll play a crucial role across the company as you’ll learn all about the business from the inside out!
 
You must be commercially minded and enjoy working across four different rotations – ranging from Account Management, Operations and Business Operations. 
 
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be working directly with C-Suite management from day one and will get to shadow the business’ brightest and best. The idea is, you will be given the tools to be one of the company’s future leaders!
 
Key responsibilities -  Business Consultant Graduate Scheme
In this Business Graduate Scheme in London, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the Business Operations Graduate Scheme, rotating through different business functions including Account Management, Operations, and Business Operations.
• Supporting key business improvement projects across different departments, with early ownership of tasks and increasing responsibility over time.
• Collaborating with senior leaders and managers to streamline processes and deliver financial and customer benefits, such as service cost savings.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of operational strategies, improving the efficiency of workflows.
• Gaining hands-on experience in project management, financial modelling, process improvement, and the real estate industry.

 
Job requirements – Business Graduate Scheme
In this Graduate Business Analyst job, the ideal candidate will be:

• Graduated with a 2.1 from a top ten university – ideally with a relevant degree.
• Able to build rapport easily, manage multiple stakeholders, and be at ease speaking with CEO’s and Office Managers.
• Commercially minded, able to spot potential challenges and commercial opportunities.
• Obsessed with organisation, attention to detail and punctuality.
• Problem solvers - on-site with key stakeholders identifying ways to proactively solve problems.
• Genuinely interested in being part of a scaling start-up.
