About Lumiio

For over 10 years, our sister company Seritag has supplied NFC dementia and essential personal information wristbands (for allergies, communication difficulties, autism, lost children, and more) to police forces and charities across the UK. But as projects grew, the lack of a consistent identity made it harder for first responders to recognise and use them effectively.

To solve this, we created Lumiio - an easy to use platform that works seamlessly across all phones. And a single unified identity to support faster, safer responses.

Job Description

We are putting together a small team to take Lumiio to the world.

Your role will be to create new contacts and tell them all about Lumiio. It’s not a sales role – it’s about raising awareness. The more people that are aware of Lumiio, the more powerful it will be and the more useful our products will become.

You will do this via social media, trade shows, meetings, Teams/Zoom/etc and phone. We need to get Lumiio awareness across shops, supermarkets, shopping centres, theme parks, train stations, police forces and emergency services - everywhere.

You need to be confident, motivated, energetic, entrepreneurial and outgoing. People’s response to Lumiio is always hugely positive – they want to use it to help friends, family, colleagues and more. It’s a happy job !

Job Responsibilities – Brand Ambassador & Social Media Assistant

• Spread awareness of this great new brand across multiple industries mainly via telephone, teams/zoom/etc, social media, email, meetings and trade shows.
• Proactively generate new contacts through networking and researching new avenues.
• In person demonstrations and explanations to people in shops, charities, local care homes, police departments and more.
• Work with the Lumiio and Seritag teams closely to plan strategy and evaluate opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing contacts.
• Creating social media content, site content and any other content that can help grow the brand.
• Keep the CRM (contact database) up to date !

You Will Be 

• Highly motivated and self-starting, with a passion for growth.
• Extremely confident on the phone and enjoys speaking to people all day.
• A natural relationship builder.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Eager to take ownership and shape the role as the company grows.

Our products are simple to understand, you do not need to have a technical background or qualifications. We can teach you everything you need to know.
