Job description - Area Property Consultant
Burnett & Lee is looking for a motivated and experienced Area Property Consultant to join the team.
This is a full-time hybrid role offering a self-employed, commission-only structure with an OTE of £100,000+ per annum.
As an Area Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with consultation, communicating effectively, and offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
You’ll manage property transactions from start to finish, ensuring clients receive the best advice and the smoothest experience possible.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our winning formula and revolutionizing the property industry.
Job responsibilities - Area Property Consultant
- Provide true, heartfelt, and honest property consultations to clients, offering advice across all areas of the property process.
- Manage property sales, lettings, and rental processes, from valuation through to completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices to continually improve your service.
Key requirements - Area Property Consultant
- Strong consulting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales and lettings is beneficial.
