- Media relations – pitching stories to journalists
- Creating different types of written and visual assets for Media and digital channels – from press releases to images for LinkedIn campaigns
- Keeping client admin up to date e.g meeting notes, status reports and media lists
- Research for new business pitches and press material
- Supporting the press office in their day-to-day activities
- Undertaking a range of tasks that will develop your skills in different parts of the
- Business
Job requirements - Account Assistant (PR)
- A 2.1 from university, or a minimum of one year experience in the workplace.
- PR internships or work placements are highly advantageous.
- Office-based experience is desired.
- Lots of enthusiasm and a proven interest for a career in PR & Communications.
- Excellent communication skills - you will be working with multiple team members across the agency.
- Great attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take on a range of tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to ensure that all tasks are completed in a time-effective manner.
