The brief

Jigsaw is a data visualiser for legal tech firms, helping businesses to visualise complex, intricate financial systems and processes. 

As a newly-founded, PE-backed business, Jigsaw needed guidance and support with attracting early career talent and streamlining their internal processes. 

Initially, without an internal talent team, the senior stakeholders needed to stay forward facing and not get sidetracked with advertising jobs and vetting early career candidates. And, as a newly-founded business, it was a challenge to be competitive with established, larger competitors. 

 

The solution

We’ve worked with Jigsaw since it was founded in 2020. In that time, we have helped to grow the Jigsaw team to over 100 people.

 

 

We work with Jigsaw on an exclusive, contingent basis. If a candidate leaves in the first 3 months, we find another exceptional candidate to replace them, completely free of charge.

Early career talent is now spread across the business, with many of our candidates progressing into senior positions. We have also placed candidates in their Barcelona and US offices.
