Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) have been working closely with us since 2011. We first met the 2 founders, Alexis and Michael, around their kitchen table.
We love working with a range of company sizes, but there is a particular satisfaction working alongside a business from conception. With Dext, we were tasked with the challenge of helping them build from the ground up, and support them incoming a market-leader in bookkeeping automation.
Following the meeting, we placed their 3rd employee, Lauren, on a placement-to-perm basis. Due to her quick success, Lauren moved to the rapidly growing Sydney team as their Partner Success Team Lead. Just a year later, she went on to manage their entire Partner Success Team across Asia Specific, as the company expanded globally. Lauren mastered her role, and went from being an early career jobseeker to a leader and trusted ambassador for Dext in just a few years.
For Lauren, going full-circle and becoming a mentor for new graduates has been a particular highlight.
In this decade-long collaboration, we successfully placed over 100 people across 4 different teams within Dext. Many of whom went on to become Management/Directors within the business.
Hiring across marketing, sales, finance, and tech, Dext have tapped into the full range of our dynamic and diverse database. We helped to develop their internal processes, run assessment days, and establish their brand as the number 1 fintech for graduates during the fintech boom. The work we invested into the project also helped us become the highest ranking fintech job board on Google.
We’re also delighted to still be working with some of the graduates we placed at Dext, who have moved on to senior positions in other businesses/have established their own businesses.
