As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, my primary responsibility is to assist graduates in initiating their career search by building a relationship with them, with the ultimate goal of identifying roles that are ideally suited to their aspirations and goals.
Why I chose to work at Give a Grad a Go
Following my experience as a recruiter in the blue-collar industry, I felt the desire to explore different domains of recruitment that truly resonate with me. Having been an international student and a graduate myself, I have firsthand knowledge of the obstacles and difficulties that many graduates encounter. Drawing from my own personal background, I am confident in my ability to build meaningful connections with graduates and offer them the assistance they need to succeed.
The worst job I’ve had
While I have not necessarily had what I would consider the “worst job,” I have had my share of negative experiences working with toxic employers and being part of less-than-ideal working environments. Despite the challenges, I was able to draw valuable lessons from these experiences and use them as an opportunity for personal growth and development.
