A record-breaking success
The brief
BAT first approached us seeking help with their global Battle of Minds competition, aiming to engage students and graduates. The challenge? They needed an effective way to reach this audience and maximise participation.
The solution
We launched a comprehensive marketing campaign designed to encourage entries and drive visibility. Key campaign activities included:

- Branded and unbranded email outreach
- Branded blog & banner ads
- Subscriber engagement through direct send web-push notifications
- Collaborations with university career teams and societies
- Hosted a webinar & created a promotional YouTube video
- Social media boosting – elevating their audience
The impact
We achieved over 1 million impressions, and more than 10,000 campaign clicks, resulting in a record number of entries from UK graduates. After this project, we begin to work on larger retainer work for BAT.
