The solution

Kene Partners were the first of our clients to adopt our subscription solution. As an R&D Tax specialist, they’ve enjoyed a very successful run over the last few years, and they have maintained a constant desire to grow their team.

Our subscription solution not only helped them to reduce their fees per hire, but it also helped to spread out their investment over 12 months, which helped with managing and predicting cash flow and budgets. 

Our subscription model is a great option for companies who are steadily expanding. Particularly if their expansion, like Kene Partners, is based on their internal workflows increasing. It helps to cap spend over a 12 month period. Any hires that aren’t made within the 12 month agreement can be rolled over, and if numbers increase over the contracted amount, the fees are capped (below our contingent levels).
