Our subscription model is a great option for companies who are steadily expanding. Particularly if their expansion, like Kene Partners, is based on their internal workflows increasing. It helps to cap spend over a 12 month period. Any hires that aren’t made within the 12 month agreement can be rolled over, and if numbers increase over the contracted amount, the fees are capped (below our contingent levels).
