Job description – Clinical Systems Manager
In this Clinical Systems Manager role, we’re looking for someone to own the integrations process for all new clients and support the management of the firm’s clinical systems, PACS in particular. You will define and implement the processes required for the next phase of the company’s growth and lead the team required to scale. See the full list of responsibilities below:  
 
Key responsibilities – Systems Manager
In this Systems Administrator job in London, your responsibilities will include:
  • Work with the project team on delivering a new integration with a major NHS hospital.
  • Implement robotic processes to improve the quality or speed of an integration.
  • Uncover the root causes behind problematic processes and propose a solution to stop them from happening again.
  • Walk through our PACS demonstrating frequently used tools to a new reporter.
  • Upskill others wherever possible.
  • Deliver great customer service - know what great service looks like and what it takes to achieve.
 
Job requirements – Clinical Systems Administrator
In this Systems Manager job, we're looking for a candidate with:
  • A degree from University in a technical discipline.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Be well versed in modern IT infrastructure, and know your VPNs from your VMs.
  • Have a broad-reaching understanding of PACS / RIS, Dicom and HL7, and know your ORM from your C-FIND.
  • Have had first-hand experience delivering training on clinical applications to different user groups.
  • Independently identify and solve problems.
  • Learn fast and have strategies to gain confidence in unfamiliar domains.
  • Be as comfortable leading a team as you are getting into the weeds to solve a problem.
  • Think outside the box, we are comfortable taking risks on new ideas and you should be too.
  • Drive projects forward, bring others with you and build rapport, don’t take no for an answer.
