Job description - Social Media Executive
As a Social Media and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the companies online presence.

You will be responsible for creating and managing content across the main social media channels, Instagram and TikTok, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about food, marketing, and social media, with a knack for creative strategy and content creation.


Key responsibilities - Social Media Executive
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Develop, plan, and execute engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to our Instagram and TikTok audiences.
    • Creating visually appealing graphics and videos.
    • Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the companies brand voice and business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze trends on Instagram and TikTok to keep the brand at the forefront of the food industry.
    • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a vibrant online community.
    • Initiate and manage contests, giveaways, and other promotional campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
    • Use insights gained from analytics to refine strategies and improve content performance.
  • Brand Marketing:
    • Assist in the development and execution of broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Contribute ideas for brand partnerships, product launches, and other marketing events.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Job requirements - Social Media Executive
  • Educational Background:
    • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Marketing & Strategy Mindset:
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative social media strategies.
  • Social Media Expertise:
    • Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, including the latest features, trends, and best practices.
    • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) is a plus.
  • Content Creation Skills:
    • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.
    • Basic video editing skills and a good eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to craft engaging and compelling captions, stories, and posts that align with the brand voice.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to interpret social media data and analytics to inform decision-making.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for Food & Sustainability:
    • A genuine interest in the food industry
