Content Creation & Editorial Support
- Research various topics to gather data, insights and statistics for inclusion in
content. - Assist the Editorial Director in drafting, editing and refining written content, including blogs,
newsletters, articles, case studies and advertorials, ensuring alignment with our clients’ tone
of voice and marketing objectives. - Ensure all content is well-researched, engaging and optimised for both the client’s target
audience and content/SEO best practices. - Develop content for the company’s website, including news announcements and blogs.
- Stay up to date with content marketing trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh
inspiration to the team. - Actively contribute ideas to improve client and internal marketing initiatives, championing
creativity and innovation. - Participate in strategy sessions, working with the client account team to bring creative and
objective ideas to the table. - Support with quality control of client content produced before and after the design process.
Collaborating with our Design Studio
- Work closely with the company Studio team to support the creation of graphics using data
visualisation tool Flourish, leveraging basic Excel knowledge to produce clear and engaging
visual content. - Where relevant, brief our studio team on creating graphics to support written content e.g.
whitepapers. - Ensure that both visual and written outputs meet quality standards and align with our client
or campaign goals
- Support the company's internal marketing efforts by drafting and coordinating content including
white papers, event takeaways and blogs. - Assist in compiling reports, gathering data for research purposes and contributing to the
execution of campaigns. - Support the company marketing function by providing insights, content ideas and
recommendations based on market research and content performance. - Ensure the messaging on the company website is up-to-date and reflective of our ongoing
marketing initiatives. - Work with the wider integrated team to contribute to companies own marketing
programme, showcasing our abilities to clients and prospects
Client Relationships
- Work closely with the wider integrated and PR account teams to ensure content is aligned
with client expectations and that feedback is effectively addressed. - Communicate with clients when required to clarify brief details or gather additional
information for content creation. - Ensure content is delivered on time, meets client requirements and adheres to agreed-upon
content strategies.
- Provide support with developing content for pitches, proposals and presentations to
potential clients. - Help identify and attend relevant industry events and webinars to stay informed about
emerging trends.
Job requirements - Senior Marketing Executive
- A 2.1 university degree.
- 1 year experience within PR and in content.
- Experience in content marketing or copywriting.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on creating clear, engaging and informative content.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams. - Experience with marketing in a professional setting is a plus.
