Job description – Senior Business Development Executive In this Senior Account Executive role in London, we are seeking a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on consultative selling and pipeline management.
This role will be responsible for owning and exceeding sales targets, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. See full responsibilities below.
Key responsibilities - Senior Business Development Executive In this Account Executive job, you can expect the following tasks: Manage the full sales cycle
- Hold quota.
- Generate pipeline (Outbound).
- Run discovery & demonstrations.
- Co-ordinate stakeholders through the sales process to close and CS handover.
Representing the firm
- Actively promote, network and attend industry events.
- Client site meetings where required.
- Hybrid working model, 3 days office based.

- Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, MS Teams, Lusha & Apollo.
Job requirements - Senior Business Development Executive In this Senior Sales Development Executive job, we are looking for: - A degree from University or equivalent commercial experience.
- 2-4 years of work experience within an SDR or AE role (Ideally in a B2B Tech or SaaS environment).
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with top relationship-building skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges is a plus but not required.
