Key responsibilities – Sales Support Executive
In this Client Services Executive graduate vacancy, your responsibilities will include:
- Professionally managing and responding to all incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Supporting the UK sales team by issuing written quotations, updating opportunity pipelines and managing all sample requests.
- Maintaining all UK sample stock levels both in the London showroom and the UK warehouse.
- Providing daily & monthly reports on incoming calls, quotes & sample activity.
- Ensuring the CRM database is up to date.
- Proactively managing all out-of-area opportunities.
- Keeping up-to-date with new product, environmental, technical & installation information.
- Updating and managing our company Dropbox account.
- Providing daily support to the Sales Team.
- Supporting the Sales Director and Southern Sales Manager with ad hoc tasks.
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for the Customer Services Manager.
- Supporting the Client Experience Manager with showroom cover and client activations.
- Supporting the Client Experience Manager in ensuring showroom and office standards are maintained at all times.
- Proactively engage with our Key Flooring Contractors and retailers.
Job requirements – Sales Support Executive
For this Sales Operations Executive, we are looking for:
- Natural communicator, with skills & ability to engage with different clients and build strong relationships.
- Prior commercial experience in a related field is essential (e.g. management roles in retail, office. administration, operations, or business development experience).
- You have a keen eye for detail and can spot inconsistencies or errors.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ambitious, driven to succeed and wants to grow with the company.
- Passionate about interior design or the creative industries.
- Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams.
