Overview - Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a new Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us deliver our next phase of growth.

In this role, you'll work closely with the CEO, and the broader growth team, helping to identify and develop new opportunities for growth. 

We’re looking for someone with the audacity of a honeybadger, willing to go to any lengths for the next high-quality lead.

Responsibilities - Sales Development Representative:

  • Prospecting: Research and qualify potential leads within our target market, building and maintaining a targeted contact list for outreach.
  • Outreach: Leverage email and social media to initiate conversations with prospects, schedule sales demos, and cultivate a pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the growth team to align on outreach strategies and share actionable insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Track and report key performance metrics for outbound sales activities, including lead quality, booked meetings, and conversion rates, providing regular updates to the team.
  • Process optimisation: Work with the growth team to analyse performance data, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Skills - Sales Development Representative

  • You’re motivated, disciplined and eager to make your mark.
  • You’ve got basic sales experience and you’re hungry to sharpen your skills. 
  • You’re a great communicator, and have a knack for understanding customer needs.
  • You’re organised, detail-orientated, and diligent with your process.
  • You’ve got experience using sales CRM tools, such as Attio. 
  • You’re eager to grow, work collaboratively, and learn from others.
