Key responsibilities - Recruitment Consultant

In this Recruitment Consultant role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and start your career with us on an initial 12-week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team.
  • Becoming an expert in one of our specialist divisions; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management, or Tech.
  • Developing relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and in-person client visits.
  • Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritising workloads alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline-centred, KPI-driven, and fast-paced environment.
  • Working alongside your colleagues, clients, and candidates in line with our four core values: collaboration, transparency, growth, and respect.
