Company profile – Give a Grad a Go
In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant placement in London, you will be joining us! We’re Give A Grad A Go - a market-leading recruitment agency and early career talent community. Our mission is two-fold: to help graduates secure their ideal graduate role, whilst helping their client's businesses grow by matching them to high-quality and well-suited candidates.

We work with a range of exciting companies, from large multinationals such as Google and Verizon, right through to some of the UK’s fastest-growing startups on the cusp of huge success! Having helped over 5,600 graduates find their ideal graduate job, we now want to continue our success by growing our UK team.

In our London HQ, you’ll find a hard-working and collaborative team of people working across three core sections of the business - Sales, Marketing & Operations. Although our day-to-day work responsibilities may be different, the glue that holds us together is the desire to collectively be the best at what we do, and we are all committed to growing the company as a whole, and recognise that combining a collaborative attitude with a competitive edge is the best way for everyone to achieve their aims. We take great pride in promoting positivity in the workplace – creating a fun and cooperative working environment that filters through to the way we help candidates find their ideal graduate jobs, and the support we give businesses in helping them to grow.

Our office is a lively and fun place to be (check out our Instagram & TikTok!) - filled with collaboration, supporting each other and an eclectic mix of music on the Sonos…. We understand how graduate drive, ambition and eagerness to learn can contribute to our success, and we’re continuously working to build a company culture that fosters these talents. Throughout our three core teams - Sales, Marketing and Operations - we encourage collaboration and inclusivity to ensure that everyone has the space to flourish.
