In this Onboarding Specialist role, your aim will be to accelerate the recruitment and onboarding process for their consultants. This role is essential in ensuring a fast, efficient, and seamless experience, helping incoming consultants progress through the pipeline swiftly while maintaining high standards.
You will act as the link between the recruitment and onboarding teams, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed in a timely manner. The role has a strong administrative component but also requires a sales-driven mindset to engage with healthcare professionals, encourage prompt action, and drive the completion of their onboarding journey. - Manage the onboarding process – ensure radiologists complete all necessary steps quickly and efficiently
- Proactively follow up – chase outstanding paperwork, references, and compliance documents to prevent delays
- Engage and influence – use a persuasive, sales-oriented approach to keep radiologists engaged and motivated to complete the process
- Work cross-functionally – liaise between the recruitment and onboarding teams to remove bottlenecks and ensure a smooth transition
- Maintain accurate records – track each radiologist’s progress meticulously and update internal systems accordingly
- Identify and resolve obstacles – anticipate potential hold-ups and take swift action to address them
- Support process improvements – suggest and implement ways to enhance efficiency and speed up onboarding.
Job requirements – HR Executive
In this HR Admin job, we're looking for a candidate with:
- A degree from a University.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, HR or onboarding coordination (healthcare or teleradiology experience is a plus).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills.
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people via phone and email.
- Sales-driven mindset – able to influence and encourage radiologists to complete their onboarding steps promptly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
