Job description - QA Tester We are seeking a talented and motivated QA Analyst to join the UK team. You will work closely with teams across the business, including product, professional services and development teams, whilst reporting directly to the Head of QA.
You will work on manual testing for a full range of products, including regression, exploratory and sanity testing – plus debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will also be involved in client projects to test their apps and websites.
Key responsibilities - QA Tester In this Graduate Software Tester role, your responsibilities will include: - Testing holistically across all products, such as servers, native apps and web.
- Replicating and debugging all types of issues using tools including IDEs, Charles proxy, and browser inspectors.
- Using JIRA and TestRail to log test results and issues, and explaining detailed test results.
- Communicating and collaborating with others as part of a cross-functional team
- Manual testing and automated testing, as well as exploratory testing of new features.
- Testing client apps and sites, often regarding their designs, considering usability, accessibility, performance and localisation.
- Product regression testing.
- Contributing to and taking part in meetings such as daily stand-ups and project calls.
Job requirements - QA Tester For this QA Tester role, we are looking for: - Passion for technology and SaaS, plus an interest in and understanding of how products interact with each other.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to form incisive queries.
- Curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest news.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, as well as independently to solve issues.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a helpful can-do approach.

- Any experience in QA testing or working more broadly with mobile applications, as well as tools such as Jira in an agile environment, is an advantage but not essential.
