Job description - Graduate Property SurveyorThis Graduate Surveyor job is a property graduate scheme for graduates who have completed a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Accredited degree.
You will assist the team in delivering on a broad range of client projects. This will allow you to develop your skills, obtain practical experience in building surveying and project management, and train for your APC whilst guided by an expert team.

- Identifying defects, liabilities, and maintenance needs.
- Providing clients with detailed reports to safeguard their investments.
- Assisting with reviewing dilapidation claims, advising clients on their liabilities, and negotiating cost reductions.
- Helping clients navigate lease exit processes, minimising disputes and securing favourable outcomes.
- Collaborating with fit-out companies to manage office design and build projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with client goals.
- Overseeing the design and building process and protecting client interests from start to finish.
- Undertaking workshops, shadowing, and online learning to train for your APC.
Job requirements - Graduate Property Surveyor For this Graduate Surveyor position, we are looking for: - A graduate with a RICS accredited undergraduate degree; or an undergraduate degree in any subject with a RICS accredited MSc.
- A clear and dedicated passion to pursue a long-term career in building surveying & project management.
- A fantastic communicator, both written and verbal.
- A reliable individual who will take responsibility for your role and tasks within the company.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise conflicting tasks.
- A great eye for detail.
- IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
