Job description – Project Analyst (Sustainability) (6 month contract)
In this Sustainability Analyst job, you will be joining the Innovation team that builds a portfolio of cutting-edge and best-in-class solutions that have the collective capacity to achieve core sustainable goals.
In this position, you will be aiding with the transition of data across multiple platforms and systems. You will manage their current data and help prepare their new platform, allowing for higher efficiency and a seamless process for all users.
It is essential that you are confident with data analysis and reporting, with advanced use of analysis programs such as Excel as well as an ability to learn new data platforms quickly. This is the perfect role for someone with experience working with large data sets and platforms.
**Please note this role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract starting in January 2025

- Reviewing project submissions and validating the information provided.
- Producing reports of key statistics.
- Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders and handling enquiries.
- Supporting the wider project management and delivery of key processes.
- Project management of data partners.
- Supporting the wider Innovation team with a variety of responsibilities.
Job requirements – Project Analyst (Sustainability)
For this Analyst (Environmental sector) role, we are looking for:
- A candidate who is able to interview pre-Christmas and start at the beginning of January 2025.
- A minimum of a 2:1 from university which must be a BSc in a Scientific and/or Environmental background.
- An understanding of environmental issues and a passion for understanding innovative businesses.
- Project management experience and supporting an agile project management team.
- Ability to assess large datasets to gather insights, and identify potential anomalies.
- Strong numeracy and ability to interrogate data for decision-making.
- Production of clear reports, including numerical data without error.
- Familiarity with new data management tools, such as Airtable but traditional tools like.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment working to a flexible brief.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Right to work in the UK.
