Job description –  Programme Coordinator
In this Programme Coordinator position, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding six current localized ‘communities’ across London.
 
You will be responsible for managing all operations, and effectively fostering great relationships with coaches, parents, schools and facilities.
 
This is a multi-faceted position that is a great opportunity for a graduate who is switched on, driven and eager to get stuck in. 
 
Key responsibilities – Programme Coordinator
In this Junior Project Manager job in London, your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing all football provision in a region of London, scheduling and leading a team of full-time coaches.  
• Communicating effectively and liaising with key stakeholders such as parents, schools, facilities and organisations.  
• Ensuring that the quality of delivery always reaches the standards of the charity.  
• Increasing the number of young people that the region provides for. 
• Working closely with the wider team to create a strategy that will provide growth. 
• Managing large budgets and making informed financial decisions. 
• Leading on multiple projects and effectively managing simultaneous processes. 

 
Job requirements – Programme Coordinator
For this Graduate Project Manager job, we are looking for:

• A 2.1 or above from a top-ranked university, with top A Levels!
• Ideally, commercial experience showing an affinity to social mobility, or experience in operations within grassroots sport.
• A clear go-getter – you’ve done more than study. You’ve volunteered, been an active society member or taken on internships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. 
• Attention to detail and highly organised.
