Job description - Personal Shopping Assistant
In this Personal Shopper graduate job, you will be reporting to the Personal Shopping lead and supporting her in day-to-day activities.
 
You will need a mixed skillset and will need to get stuck in where needed. You’ll be involved in diary management, invoicing and operational support in behind-the-scenes responsibilities, as well as meeting clients face to face and using your creative background to help clients with personal shopping.
 
Key responsibilities - Personal Shopping Assistant
In this Personal Shopper Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the personal shopping lead with ad hoc projects.
  • Responding to all Personal Shopper enquiries via email, telephone and in-person visits.
  • Liaising with clients to fulfil their sourcing brief and add expert design advice.
  • Devise clear project timelines, and budgets and manage correspondence.
  • Keep updated with all new products and collections offered in the showroom.
  • Recording all client communication using the in-house CRM software.
  • Open trade accounts with all new showrooms and ensure trade prices are regularly updated.
  • Drive content on Instagram – working with the marketing team to discuss new creative ideas.
 
Job requirements - Personal Shopping Assistant
For this Graduate Personal Shopper job, we are looking for:
  • You must be a confident communicator – able to liaise with clients warmly and professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail, you ideally have experience with data entry – via the use of Excel or a CRM.
  • A genuine interest in interior design is a real plus!
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident dealing with a range of luxury clientele.
  • Good computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint and SketchUp is an advantage).
  • Traditional Monday-Friday working hours, but some flexibility is required as you may occasionally do weekend work.
