Job description - Operations Executive
In this Operations Executive job in London, you'll hit the ground running from day one, working directly with international stakeholders and domestic B2B customers. You'll be liaising with all moving parts of the business, tracking and managing wine from vine to glass.


This role provides day-to-day support to the Head of Supply Chain & Operations and provides the opportunity to gain a diverse range of skills in a very fast-paced and dynamic, growing environment. This is a great opportunity to get entry-level work experience in FMCG!

Key responsibilities - Operations Executive
In this Graduate Operations job opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:
 
UK customer management:

• Processing orders on relevant portals.
• Responding to ad hoc customer queries.
• Liaising with the warehouse to process and dispatch warehouse orders.

UK operations reporting

• Daily stock updates by brand and product.
• Weekly stock reconciliation.
• Shipping schedules.

UK finance reporting

• Tracking and checking sales invoices/purchase invoices.
• Tracking, investigating, and approving charges and returns, recharging costs where possible.

Administrative support

• General business and office administration.

Job requirements - Operations Executive
For this Operations Executive job, the ideal candidate will have:

• A 2.1 from university, ideally in an analytical or business/economics-related subject.
• Commercial awareness.
• Planning/project management.
• Exceptional organisational and analytical abilities.
• Good knowledge of Excel (preferred).
• Top verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
