As they expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and strategic Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job description - Operations Executive
The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of this company.

This role involves a significant amount of administrative tasks and requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain operational records, databases, and documents.
    • Handle scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for meetings and appointments.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as required by the operations team.
    • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation and updating of standard operating procedures 
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials and products.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track shipments, and manage deliveries.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    • Support the logistics team in coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods.
    • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for shipments and deliveries.
    • Assist in resolving any logistical issues or delays that may arise.
  • Customer Support:
    • Liaise with customer service to ensure smooth processing of orders and handle any operational issues related to customer deliveries.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and assist in the implementation of new procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on operational metrics, inventory levels, and other relevant data.
Job requirements - Operations Executive
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in the food industry.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Familiarity with inventory management software and basic financial principles is a plus.

    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workload effectively.
