Job description - Operations Associate

Key responsibilities - Graduate Operations Associate
For this Operations Associate role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the creation of impressive proposals and presentations using design software, such as Adobe InDesign (training will be provided).
  • Provide exceptional support to senior team members in various administrative tasks and daily operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Actively contribute fresh ideas to improve business processes and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Working hours are 9 - 5:30 Monday to Friday.
  • Employees need to be smartly dressed. No suits, but you must look professional e.g. no jeans/trainers. 
Job requirements - Operations Assistant
For this Operations Assistant job, we are looking for:
  • Any degree discipline or work experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (recent graduates welcome).
  • Excellent research abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be PC literate (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • An interest in property, offices, and fit-out.
 
Desirable but not essential:
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, with a basic understanding of CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of document design software, particularly Adobe InDesign.
