Your role in our mission - Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations team, supporting the efficient management of customer interactions and administrative responsibilities. This role is perfect for individuals looking to embark on their first professional job and eager to gain significant experience in a startup / scaleup environment.

The role - Operations Assistant

This entry-level position involves a variety of operational duties that are essential for maintaining our high standards of customer service and efficient processing. Your role will directly contribute to improving our operational efficiencies and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities  - Operations Assistant

• Assist the operations team in handling and responding to customer queries swiftly.
• Conduct administrative tasks including updating customer accounts, addressing basic queries, and distributing documents.
• Engage actively with customers by responding to reviews and organizing the dispatch of gift boxes and vouchers.
• Support basic finance-related tasks such as banking cheques and matching transactions to customer accounts.
