Key responsibilities – Operations Analyst
In this Revenue Operations role, you will support the following, and be responsible for driving efficiency across key revenue-generating functions:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of the sales, marketing, and customer success tech stack to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework that provides visibility into key performance metrics across the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct regular reviews of revenue performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Design and execute training programs that empower sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize tool usage and effectively leverage data insights.
- Stay current on best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance the teams’ operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
- Create and update documentation for core processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency across all revenue-facing teams.
- Map, analyze, and continuously refine end-to-end processes that impact revenue generation, from lead generation through customer retention.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure alignment and a unified approach to revenue goals.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, ensuring that all teams have visibility into revenue objectives and understand their roles in achieving shared outcomes.
Job requirements – Commercial Analyst
For this Graduate Operations Analyst role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field relating to business administration, operations, marketing, finance or STEM subjects.
- Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
