Job description – Operations Analyst
In this Graduate Operations Analyst role in London, you’ll be at the center of driving efficiency, fostering innovation, and supporting the growth of the company. Every day brings fresh challenges and exciting opportunities where you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to streamline processes and take ownership of key initiatives. 
 
Key responsibilities - Operations Analyst
As an Operations Executive, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
 
Operations
  • Partnering with diverse teams to spearhead various projects, delivering an operational perspective that drives the business forward.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks, diving into complex problems, and turning challenges into streamlined solutions.
  • Leading independent research projects, uncovering insights that will optimize operational processes, ensuring continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.
HR & Hiring
  • Guarding HR systems, ensuring employee records are always up to date, documentation is accurate, and deadlines are consistently met with precision.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment logistics, from scheduling interviews to coordinating onboarding, making every candidate and new hire experience seamless and positive.
Office & Equipment Management
  • Ensuring the office is a cutting-edge workspace, setting up and maintaining all tech equipment to support a productive and dynamic environment.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, access passes, and social events, and maintaining the perfect balance between functionality and fun.
Event Operations
  • Leading the charge on our Charity Committee – you’ll be the creative force behind planning fundraising events, supporting great causes, and rallying the company to make a meaningful impact in line with our position as a B Corp.
  • Taking full ownership of the company Events Calendar – plan and execute everything from celebrating employee milestones (Anniversaries, weddings, birthdays) to coordinating epic company-wide events like offsites, Christmas parties, team-building days, and more.
Job requirements - Operations Analyst
  • 2:1 from university or an equivalent qualification.
  • Sharp eye for detail and a passion for executing projects seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Relationship-building skills for connecting with team members across departments and creating strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and an ability to quickly grasp new information and explain it clearly to others.
  • Innovative problem-solver who thrives on finding creative solutions to challenges and delivering smart, effective results.
  • Personal development enthusiast, always looking for ways to grow and improve both personally and professionally.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments, shifting priorities, and changing tasks when needed.
