Key responsibilities – New Business Executive
- Identification and development of new business opportunities.
- Negotiate with insurers and process new policy terms/quotes.
- Create strategies for growth and improving business procedures.
- Convert enquiries into sales to actively grow the business to targets.
- Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, insurers, and brokers.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales, managing relationships with customers, insurers, and key stakeholders.

- Working towards or prepared to study for CII exams is preferable.
- Technical knowledge of insurance is preferable.
