Job Description - Marketing Executive
In this Marketing Executive position, your goal will be to represent the brand and its services, building and strengthening new and existing client partnerships, as well as increasing awareness of the brand and its growth and developments within the industry.
You’ll take on independent strategic projects to develop leads, optimise CRM use, and plan new marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and promote services.
Key responsibilities - Marketing Executive

- Strategising and developing efficient and intuitive marketing plans to drive growth
- Managing campaigns to engage with new, existing, and dormant clients to educate customers, strengthen relationships and build partnerships
- Taking responsibility for direct customer marketing - strategising and generating materials for customer campaigns via a variety of channels
- Creating content & copy for bid proposals to update and enhance current editions, alongside bid management
- Managing the company LinkedIn, utilising an accurate brand tone-of-voice and curating engaging and relevant posts on important industry topics and news
- Taking on a new CRM integration project to optimise lead management and take ownership of the customer and prospect database
- Travelling to customer meetings and representing the brand in-person
- Website management; content refreshments and updates
- Conducting industry research and staying on top of relevant updates and trends
- Undertaking ad-hoc marketing projects
- Designing, testing, and implementing marketing ideas from ideation to execution
Job requirements - Marketing Executive
- A driven graduate from university. Degree backgrounds in Marketing or Business are beneficial but not essential
- Some prior commercial exposure required through internships, placement years, or jobs post-university, ideally in a marketing position
- Salary bracket available for those exceeding 1+ year experience
- A proactive all-rounder - through volunteering, societies, positions of responsibility, sports, etc!
- Professional experience working with a CRM system for marketing is highly advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in independently producing content and copy
- Growth mindset with a hunger for driving business development through marketing
