Key responsibilities - Junior Project Manager
- Project coordination: Assist the IT team in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring key deliverables are met.
- Diary and meeting room management: Book meeting rooms, manage schedules, and take minutes during meetings.
- Onboarding support: Help with setting up laptops, phones, and IT systems for new starters.
- IT asset management: Keep track of IT equipment inventory, including issuing, tracking, and maintaining devices.
- Technical support: Provide first-line IT support, assisting with basic technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Platform assistance: Gain experience using Power Apps and Azure-based platforms to streamline processes and support IT initiatives.
Who we’re looking for - Junior Project Manager
- A university graduate with a relevant degree, or a school leaver who has gained commercial experience in a project coordination, IT, or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technical tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT equipment (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred experience - Junior Project Manager
- Experience with Power Apps or Azure platforms (advantageous but not required).
