Key responsibilities - Junior Project Manager

• Project coordination: Assist the IT team in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring key deliverables are met.
• Diary and meeting room management: Book meeting rooms, manage schedules, and take minutes during meetings.
• Onboarding support: Help with setting up laptops, phones, and IT systems for new starters.
• IT asset management: Keep track of IT equipment inventory, including issuing, tracking, and maintaining devices.
• Technical support: Provide first-line IT support, assisting with basic technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Platform assistance: Gain experience using Power Apps and Azure-based platforms to streamline processes and support IT initiatives.

Who we’re looking for - Junior Project Manager

• A university graduate with a relevant degree, or a school leaver who has gained commercial experience in a project coordination, IT, or administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technical tools and platforms.
• Basic understanding of IT equipment (desirable but not essential).

Preferred experience - Junior Project Manager
