Job overview - Junior Programmatic Executive

We are looking for a Junior Programmatic Executive  to join our Realtime Programmatic team, a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing to kick start their career, working on major accounts, including multi-billion-dollar companies and household brands.

You'll gain hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and collaborate with experts in Social, Search, Affiliate, and SEO, all while learning cutting-edge digital strategies. 

You’re the right person for the role if you have - Junior Programmatic Executive

  • A recent degree in business, marketing, maths, engineering, science, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience or a strong interest in digital marketing (programmatic advertising knowledge is a plus but not required).
  • An eagerness to learn programmatic platforms like DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk.
  • Excellent analytical and data-handling skills, with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable approach to handling tasks.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.

Key responsibilities - Junior Programmatic Executive

  • Assist in designing, managing, and executing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding client expectations and KPIs.
  • Participate in day to day client communications, including client meetings, presenting campaign insights and updates.
  • Contribute ideas to help improve campaign performance and participate in test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client spend, budgets, and account details, ensuring strong organisational practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team and clients.
