Job description - Commercial Executive
In this dynamic role, no two days are the same! Your focus in supporting external partners and working with the commercial data will have you running daily checks on business performance, including CRM activity, presenting the latest trends and opportunities to the team.
 
Next, you might be using their BI tool to review a partner’s performance metrics ahead of a monthly meeting. To stay on top of the latest developments, you will get to attend cross-functional workshop on the build of a new product feature and representing the commercial point of view. At all times, you will be updating the content management system to make product updates, ensuring that the content on the app is up to date and accurate for customers.
 
Key responsibilities - Commercial Executive
As part of the Commercial team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as a key point of contact to external partners - monitoring performance, handling issues and managing strategic projects which support partnerships.
  • Analysing commercial data and working closely with the rest of the commercial team in order to make recommendations on trading and optimising revenues.
  • Producing and automating reports to present your insights internally and externally.
  • Staying abreast of industry news and conducting research in order to qualify new entrants and business development opportunities.
 Job requirements - Commercial Executive
  • You will be degree educated or with up to 2 years’ work experience in a relevant field.
  • You are organised and efficient, which means you’re comfortable working on several projects at the same time.
  • You have great written and verbal communication skills and can use these to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • You are numerate and enjoy interrogating data and trends in order to draw insights and make recommendations.
