Job description – Graduate Partnerships Executive
As an Account Executive, you will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy by managing and enhancing our relationships with our clients' key strategic partners.

Key responsibilities - Graduate Partnerships Executive
In this Graduate Partnerships Executive role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the partners’ sales teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on objectives and strategies.
  • Developing and delivering training sessions, working with the Partnerships Lead to share success stories and provide updates to enhance understanding and support of client products.
  • Assisting with managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Supporting the sales team by coordinating with partners on client engagements, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment throughout the sales process.
  • Maintaining a cadence of in-person events with partners to strengthen your relationships.
  • Tracking and reporting on partnership performance. Facilitate regular update meetings and create reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.
Job requirements - Graduate Partnerships Executive
For this Account Executive role, the ideal candidate will be:
  • Degree-educated, ideally in a commercially focused course (but no specific course types required).
  • Intellectually curious – you are keen to expand your knowledge, and quick to use your common sense/are a self-starter with how to find out the answer to something.
  • Effective at verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent in relationship-building and communication, both written and over the phone.
  • Highly organised, and able to work across multiple accounts with competing priorities.
  • An analytical mindset - you enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to customers.
