Job description – FX Sales Manager
In this FX Head of Sales role, you will be leading from the front, bringing in new business as well as training and managing a growing junior sales team. You will show the team what excellent looks like through your performance, as well as develop coaching and training plans to ensure the team hits targets.
 
Key responsibilities - FX Sales Manager
In this FX Manager role, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Managing, coaching, and training a sales team.
  • Creating a commercial action plan to reach the team’s targets. 
  • Helping to develop your sales team’s portfolios of clients. 
  • Applying the corporate sales strategy. 
  • Helping your team to prepare high-value clients’ meetings and accompanying them on meetings. 
  • Reporting the team’s activity to your manager.
  • Managing of sales process. 
  • Ensuring your team updates information through the CRM (Salesforce).
Job requirements – FX Sales Manager
In this FX Sales Manager role, the ideal candidate will have: 
  • Strong experience in selling B2B solutions. 
  • Experience working in a sales role in financial services/banking or a first experience working on the FX market and international payments.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. 
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in management.
  • Knowledge of the UK corporate market.
  • Coached young talents in previous managerial experience
