In this Executive Assistant role in London, you will be joining an exciting global think-tank, committed to helping the legal industry create a more sustainable and innovative future for itself and its clients.  
 
Our client is a global intelligence and advisory firm that focuses on sustainability, growth and innovation mainly within the legal sector. The work they undertake includes research reports, training, consulting engagements and various other aspects.
 
The business has long-standing relationships with global businesses and is often consulted by household names such as the Financial Times. 
 
The company is fast-growing and there is scope to learn, develop and expand the role. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, who is enthusiastic and willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved in a variety of projects and tasks.
 
The Executive Assistant will work closely with a team of 10 people and if successful could become a lynchpin in the whole company.  
 
Key responsibilities – Executive Assistant 
In this Project Administrator role, you'll be involved in: 
  • Executive tasks: including managing diaries and travel for the business principals, and supporting the accounting and book-keeping for the business.
  • Preparing documents and presentations: laying out text, working with images, creating graphics, and using design tools and templates.
  • Business administration: including managing invoices and suppliers, assistance with finance and HR administrative tasks.
  • Project administration: including creating and managing project plans and meetings, managing contact databases, responding to research queries, and assisting with social media and marketing campaigns.  
  • Website Management: managing the company’s website, including updates and content.
 
Job requirements – Executive Assistant  
For this Report Writer job, we are looking for:
  • A 2:1 or above degree from university. 
  • Be independent, bold, lateral thinking and tech-savvy. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and liaise with key clients 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Have the ambition to take on and run whole projects themselves. 
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of social media or online marketing.
