You will be joining a business consisting of two key brands in the Property/PropTech sector. Both interact in an online space with property buyers and investors worldwide. One brand provides news and content to educate and help buyers understand the process; while the other brand aims to help buyers find the right property through a network of vetted agents and brings other services needed through the transaction.
You will work across both brands, leading a range of events.
 
Job description - Events Coordinator
As an Events Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering and supporting both internal and external shows and exhibitions. This will involve managing and coordinating virtual shows and exhibitions, as well as administration, marketing and external relationships.
The purpose of the role is to achieve income & lead targets and KPIs through the effective coordination of internal and external virtual exhibitions, shows, seminars and networking events.
 
Key responsibilities - Events Coordinator
In this Events Coordinator job, your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the planning, organising, and execution of digital and virtual events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and partners. Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and suppliers to coordinate event participation, sponsorships, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials, event invitations, and social media campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.

  • Attend virtual events in a support capacity, ensuring smooth operations. Act as a back-up host where necessary.
  • Work with the business development team to develop a communication strategy.
  • Gather feedback, analyse event performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
 
Job requirements - Events Coordinator
For this Graduate Events Coordinator job, we are looking for:
  • Experience within the events industry, ideally virtual events - experience could also come from a background in marketing.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficient to advanced level skills in Excel.
  • A growth mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
