Job description - Equity Operations Analyst

In this graduate role in Equity Operations, you'll work closely with the trading desks and clients to ensure smooth execution of trades and maintain the integrity of our financial transactions.

Your day-to-day tasks will include running reports, investigating data, and communicating with clients/trading desks. You will need an analytical mindset and people-first focus to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities - Equity Operations Analyst

In this Graduate Equity Analyst job, your responsibilities will include:

• Running daily reports and investigating large volumes of data to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Closely monitoring all inbound escalation queries and facilitating accurate and timely responses.
• Communicating regularly with clients and trading desks to reconcile exceptions.
• Managing multiple internal and vendor systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Assisting in trade allocation, pre-matching, and fails management.
• Monitoring potential risks that could result in financial loss penalties.
• Ensuring compliance with market and regulatory standards.
