Key responsibilities - Senior Digital Executive
Organic Social Media Execution
- Create and contribute to a regular and ongoing social media calendar for our organic social
clients. - Ensure that social media strategies are executed to agreed standards, suggesting ideas in
line with current events, market conditions and the client’s needs and priorities. - Use social media tools to interact and monitor developments with clients, their competitors
and other stakeholders, sharing insights with the wider team. - Support client and new business activity by conducting social listening analysis on our clients
and prospects’ key audiences. - Consistently monitor clients’ social media channels, flagging any negative sentiment to Account Managers/Account Directors/AMG and suggesting a plan of action to present to
the client. - Creating simple social media graphics using Canva, as appropriate, or briefing our design
team on more complex graphics required. - Support in the production of social media reports.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and channel developments, bringing fresh
inspiration to the team. - Actively contribute ideas to improve client and internal social media initiatives,
championing creativity and innovation.
Paid Social Media and PPC
- Support in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns, including
audience development, creating copy and graphics (either on Canva or by briefing our
design team). - Support in the creation of lead databases generated via digital campaigns, as appropriate.
- Review LinkedIn’s Ad Library, Google’s Transparency Center and similar tools for
developments in paid social campaigns and monitoring competitor activity. - Conduct keyword research, implantation and optimisation of keywords and negative
keywords to support our clients’ PPC campaigns. - Support the Digital Marketing Manager in creating optimal PPC campaigns, including ad
copywriting and recommendations for creative. - Report on campaign data across all paid digital campaigns
SEO and Website Activity
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engine rankings.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush to analyse and audit
our clients’ web performance. - Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of on-page
and off-page SEO strategies. - Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings and
conversion rates. - Support in uploading content to our clients’ websites as appropriate.
- Work with our external web development team on any updates as required.
- Create and optimise meta tags, headers and image alt text to improve organic search
visibility. - Work with our design studio to draft alt tags and meta descriptions for content produced in
our interactive publishing platforms. - Support in the manual loading of content onto Google Search Console as required.
- Create tracking links to support client campaigns.
- Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Job requirements - Digital Marketing Executive
- A 2.1 university degree.
- 1 year experience within PR, at Junior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive level.
- Experience in social media and SEO.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on creating clear, engaging and informative content.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams. - Experience with content or digital marketing in a professional setting is a plus.

- A great starting salary of £32,000 - £34,000 DOE.
